Steven Burns

FOUNDER & CEO

Put simply, Steven is a genius. He’s equal parts right and left-brained, equal parts auto industry expertise and yo-yoing skills. He appreciates simple things, like chocolate, common sense, and great vinyl records. Steven is always looking for interesting challenges and innovative solutions, a character trait that got him featured in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 40 Under 40.

Karen Muscutt

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

It’s all winning and no whining for this team first mother of 3 boys. Karen is an avid sports fan who always brings her A-game. Her relentless work ethic proves her trustworthy, dependable and an invaluable part of the team. Her faith has her playing like it is all up to her, but praying like it is all up to God.

Patrick Barrows

VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Patrick brings more than 35 years of Automotive experience to MOTiiV where he has performed at the highest levels of dealership operations. His experience in dealership retail operations as well as his experience as a Regional Finance Director for the Van Tuyl Auto Group gives him the experience dealers are looking for when they are looking to cultivate a high-performing team. With a track record of developing high performing departments, he is responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to acquire new business at MOTiiV.

Varnado D. Williams

DIRECTOR OF VIRTUAL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Ever since he was a little boy, Varnado wanted to be a business man, complete with a pressed suit and bow tie. Over the past two decades, Varnado has closed 80,000 loan application deals. From vacations in Italy with his wife to designer clothes, Varnado knows how to appreciate the finer things in life.

Tricia Jurkoshek

DIRECTOR OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Mountain climber and corporate climber, Tricia has over 24 years of experience in the auto industry. Her winning personality and all-star golf game make her an unbeatable team player. And as an avid mountain biker, Tricia knows a thing or two about leaving her competitors in the dust.

Stephanie Haase

DIRECTOR OF LEAD GENERATION

With 21 years in the automotive industry, Stephanie is amazing when it comes to helping customers be successful. She thrives on the go and has a true passion for the hustle for the industry. She enjoys football, working out, and most importantly, her road-dog, Charlie.

Shawn Ragon

REGIONAL FINANCE DIRECTOR

Shawn is a team captain who knows the auto insurance game inside and out. He’s a pro at helping his fellow players strengthen their skills, and you won’t find a more committed coach in the industry. Shawn is always ready to perform at a moment’s notice, especially when it comes to hunting, fishing, and being a dad.

Kenny Kelly

REGIONAL FINANCE DIRECTOR

After 18 years of retail car business experience, Kenny Jumped into the corporate side of the business to allow his passion for teaching and training to merge with his love for the automotive industry. Passion is the fuel that motivates Kenny to lead teams in and out of business. As a father of 4 boys, and husband for 17 years he is always leading a team.

Chris Palasota

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Chris is a 20-year automotive veteran. He is experienced equally between retail and the product administrative side of the business with the expertise in increasing a dealer's market share, profits, and wealth planning. This proud husband and father of five enjoys hunting, fishing, and any other outdoor activity.

Lynn Kees

FUNDING SPECIALIST

Lynn has 25 years of indirect lending and credit analysis experience. He enjoys working with Account Managers, Loan Coordinators and Team Leaders to get a deal funded. Lynn always goes the extra mile to assist our customers in making things happen. Lynn’s new challenge is sketching and drawing characters of friends and famous people.

Isaiah Crowe

PORTFOLIO MANAGER

With over 35 years of automotive experience, Isaiah is the man you can always count on to bring the deal together and to best maximize the organization's sales revenue. This team player enjoys collaborating with all facets of the business from dealer partners to lending partners. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family.  

De´Marciá Balthazar

FUNDING MANAGER

De´Marciá has been in the auto finance industry since 2005. He has strong working knowledge of bank credit policies and risk rating. While his dedicated personality developed management tools and time-line to execute projects to always get the job done. De'Marcia' has an outstanding customer service attitude and always puts a smile on people’s face with an over and beyond aspect for our customers. De´Marciá is a family man! Besides spending quality time with his beautiful wife and superstar son, he also enjoys the company of his whole family. De´Marciá is a huge boxing fan and has been training since he was a very little boy.

Angel Tilley

Regional Account Manager

Angel has been in the automotive industry for over 13 years. She has a super competitive mindset to always be number one in all she does. Her everyday goal is to be the best she can be, and never settle for less. She always strives to win no matter what is passed her way. She works hard, and plays hard. She loves people, and her strengths are to help anyone to be better. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and quality time with her fur babies Boss, Tator, and Tot Tilley

Cornel Cunningham

SENIOR MANAGER OF THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Working Dad & Papi of an amazing grandson. Majored in Marketing and is still waiting for his first Sales Job. Been in the Call Center industry in excess of 30 years. Call Center business has allowed him to travel to Chile, Argentina, Nova Scotia and Saudi Arabia. Creating PMCEs is all he knows. Oh snap! What is a PMCE? Glad you asked.
